The Bell Inn, New Forest boasts 26 guest bedrooms, set within the New forest surrounded by two golf courses and an abundance of wildlife.
As Head Housekeeper you will have full accountability for the cleanliness and upkeep of all hotel bedrooms and public areas through effective management of the team under your control.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained and monitored throughout the hotel.
- Completion of department rotas.
- Accurately assess the needs of the business in terms of staffing.
- Liaising with reception so that any special requirements made by guests are catered for.
- Completing orders as required for linen, tea, coffee and toiletries.
We are looking for someone who will lead by example, have good communication skills, and the ability to plan, prioritise and organise. Previous experience in a similar role essential.
Hours variable. Approximately 30 up to 40 hours per week. Shifts to include weekends.
Own car essential, for commuting to the NEw Forest.
