Passenger Services Host
Skybreak is a long-established family-owned company with more than 30 years’ experience in the Aviation and Travel industry. We are passionate about travel and pride ourselves on enhancing the airport passenger experience.
We have digitally developed our business and are currently looking to recruit colleagues to join our skilled on Airport Team based at London Heathrow Airport, who are working in support of our 'Remote Passenger Services' hub. If you are passionate about people and travel and are a driven, team player looking to work in an environment where you can make a difference as part of our developing Heathrow team, then we would love to work with you.
Ideal candidates will have Customer Service experience in the Travel and/or Aviation industry. Preference will be given to those who have previous customer facing airport experience and can demonstrate the key qualities we are looking for to be
Responsibilities
· Identifying and prioritising support for passengers that have missed their flight
· Provide high levels of customer service at all times
· Dealing with customers face-to-face, via call, videocall and live chat
· Liaising with working partners on airport including, handling agents, airlines and airport terminal teams
· Booking all travel products including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas and travel documentation
· Meeting company targets and earning generous commission
Skills Required
· Previous experience in the travel and tourism sector/geographical knowledge
· Customer Service and Networking experience
· Previous Airline/Aviation experience (beneficial but not essential)
· Languages (beneficial but not essential)

Applicants for full time will be required to work shifts allocated over 7 days, we also have a part time vacancy (including weekends and bank holidays) and on a flexi shift pattern, the location is Heathrow Airport. Please only apply if you are able to easily commute.

Part-time hours: 20-37.5 per week
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
