About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for an Adventure Golf Coordinator to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
About the role of Adventure Golf Coordinator
Looking after our BRAND-NEW Adventure Golf Attraction you will have the opportunity to create and continuously improve our guest’s journey as they play across 4 different LEGO themed golf courses!
As a passionate people person, you will drive your team to deliver the highest standards of guest interaction, leading by example and always seeking new ways to surprise, delight and enhance our guests time with us. Reporting into the Adventure Golf Manager you will have the amazing opportunity to embed this new attraction and make it the “must-do” activity for our guests. You’ll have the chance to directly impact and elevate our resort KPIs and become a health and safety ambassador for your team.
We have both seasonal contracts and permanent hourly-paid contracts available - your preference and suitability will be discussed at screening.
About You
We think it would be great if you have previously been a team leader for a small team
- Ideally, you’ll have delivered successful coaching conversations, created models of motivating your team and celebrated their success, while recognising and addressing performance related issues professionally
- Proven experience of working in a guest facing role, ideally in a theme park or mini-golf setting
- You should be a competent and confident communicator, with experience in delivering guest resolutions face to face
