Global Mobility Specialist will perform and execute administrative and advisory tasks related to global mobility (delegation / expatriate) activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures and manage personnel and Third Party workers records.
What is the responsibility?
- Ensuring on time delegations for employees, both outbound (from UK) and inbound (into UK).
- Executing the visa processes in recruitment of new employees and Third Party Workers from outside UK
- Administrative support of the involved Department Managers in personnel related tasks (incl. onboarding, preparing reports for payroll instructions, keeping internal records, travel expense claims etc.)
Are You a People Person ?
- In order to fulfill the tasks, you will interact / communicate with various global stakeholders: field staff, HR, Global Mobility Services, Regional Units in countries of installation, Resource Managers in headquarters, commercial support, Central Functions (e.g., Legal, Tax, Security, Environmental, Health and Safety, etc.) Site Managements, Commercial Project Managers, embassies, visa providers and more.
What do You bring?
- Several years of experience in general administration, ideally in the area of Global Mobility or resource administration
- Fluent English, other languages as advantage
- Strong organizational skills (attention to details, analytical thinking)
- IT knowledge (Outlook, Office 365)
- Great communication skills, team spirit, proactiveness and pragmatism with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in working in intercultural teams / environments as advantage
