Role & Responsibilities:
The work is typically void reactive and planned painting and decorating jobs. It will be moving from job to job throughout the day/week predominantly on a reactive basis.
You will be liaising closely with the office repairs co-ordinator; undertaking planned and re active painting and decorating works as the jobs come through.
You will be expected to work without a great deal of supervision so it is imperative that you have a good work ethic and can organise yourself. We are also looking for someone who takes responsibility and accountability and will engage with the programme to contribute ideas on how to do things better or more efficiently.
You will be the main painter & decorator for us. This is a very good role, playing a very important role, with plenty of responsibility and career progression.
The ideal candidate will come from a painting and decorating background and will have a good all round ability. You will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
· Undertake both responsive and planned maintenance of painting and decorating services
· Working on residential properties
· Painting and decorating of interior and exterior walls.
You will need to drive, ideally with your own vehicle, and move your own tools and collect smaller materials. Support will be provided in the shape of information and larger materials order from the back-office.

· Excellent work experience in a similar role (Essential)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
